A person told me doing yoga everyday as a teen can increase your adult height by 2 inches?
A person told me doing yoga everyday as a teen can increase your adult height by 2 inches by stretching the spine before your done growing. ( the spine accounts for 35% of your height so it makes sense to me)
I don’t know from experience or from any professional training, but judging by what yoga does to a body it makes perfect sense. Maybe not 2 inches, and there’s probably a lot of being upright you wouldn’t be allowed to do, but it does make sense.
